LMQ24 Seat Ocean Themed Carousel is a special theme model of the luxury carousel series of Zhengzhou Limeiqi Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. The equipment is inspired by the blue underwater world. The traditional carousel horses are replaced by sea creatures such as seahorses, dolphins, sharks, and shell carriages. Together with the blue ceiling decoration and underwater theme lighting, it creates an immersive underwater wonderland.
The equipment adopts an upper transmission structure. The central gear drives the large plate slewing support to rotate, and the motor drives the crankshaft to realize the up and down movement of the mount. It operates smoothly, has low noise and has strong load capacity. All FRP products adopt the automotive dust-free paint process. The paint surface is smooth and delicate, the color is bright and long-lasting, and it is not easy to fade. It is suitable for densely populated mobile places such as parks, squares, theme parks, scenic spots, and commercial streets. Automotive Grade Dust Free Paint Finish
All fiberglass products are finished using automotive-grade paint, applied and baked in a dust-free workshop. The resulting finish is smooth and refined, featuring vibrant colors and high gloss, while remaining resistant to fading from wind and sun exposure. Upon leaving the factory, the paintwork must meet three key standards vibrancy, brightness, and high luster or it will not be approved for shipment.
Lighting System Design
The perimeter of the ceiling features colorful fiberglass decorative eaves accented with LED light strips. Once the ride starts, golden and silver lights shimmer and interplay, while the marine-creature mounts appear to “swim” amidst the illumination, creating a spectacular scene reminiscent of a galloping herd. The visual effect is particularly stunning during night-time operations.
Factory Quality Inspection Process
Before leaving the factory, each carousel undergoes several days of rigorous test runs to ensure there are no quality issues prior to shipment.
