Description
Mechanically, the Family Tower Ride is built around a stationary central steel column with a movable carriage that travels vertically. The lifting and bouncing motion is typically powered by a pneumatic air cylinder or a hydraulic system housed within the central column, providing the controlled “hopping” effect. The rotating motion is driven by an independent electric motor and reduction gear assembly mounted on the carriage. The exterior thematic elements, such as the top decoration and the carriage covers, are molded from fiberglass (FRP) using standard lay-up techniques, ensuring a smooth surface that is then sanded and painted with commercial-grade colors. The passenger seats are ergonomically molded from FRP and mounted to the rotating frame. Passenger safety is managed by over-the-shoulder restraints or U-shaped lap bars with mechanical locking mechanisms that remain engaged until the ride cycle completely finishes and lowers to the home position.

FAQ
A: With our secure over-the-shoulder restraints, children as short as 105cm (41 inches) can safely ride when accompanied by a supervising adult.
A: Absolutely. We manufacture family towers in various heights, typically ranging from 8 to 15 meters, specifically engineered to fit your building’s ceiling clearance.
A: Depending on the model, we utilize either whisper-quiet pneumatic cylinders or frictionless permanent magnetic brakes to ensure smooth, bouncing descents without harsh jolts.
A: No. Due to its balanced structural design and lower dynamic loads, it only requires a standard reinforced concrete pad, making installation fast and cost-effective.
A: Yes, the entire ride, from the gondola colors to the programmable LED light shows on the central mast, can be fully customized to match your park’s unique branding.
