The customization period generally ranges from 45 to 90 days, depending on the cabin type, the extent of customization, and the order volume. Standard cabins are typically delivered within 45–60 days; luxury panoramic cabins and VIP business cabins usually require 60–75 days due to their complex craftsmanship; and themed custom cabins, which involve extensive personalized design, take approximately 75–90 days. We establish a detailed schedule with the client during the proposal confirmation stage and provide regular progress updates throughout the production process.
The price is primarily determined by the following factors: ① cabin type and dimensions; ② grade of interior materials (standard leather, premium genuine leather, solid wood trim, etc.); ③ functional features (optional items such as air conditioning, audio systems, smart terminals, transparent flooring, etc.); ④ customization quantity; and ⑤ surface finishing processes (baked enamel, electroplating, film wrapping, etc.). Yes. Limeiqi cabins are compatible with various Ferris wheel structures, including both our own models and those from third-party brands. Our technical team conducts on-site surveys or analyzes blueprints regarding the existing wheel’s rim structure, spoke specifications, mounting points, and drive system. Based on this data, we design the cabin hangers and connection components to ensure a perfect fit. We provide compatibility solutions for both new projects and the upgrading or replacement of cabins on existing Ferris wheels.
A wide range of interior features can be customized, including—but not limited to—smart climate control, multimedia touchscreens, Bluetooth audio systems, LED ambient lighting (with adjustable colors and “breathing” modes), a mini-bar, wireless charging, USB ports, emergency intercom systems, and fire suppression units. The primary constraints are the cabin’s weight and power supply: the total weight must remain within the Ferris wheel’s load-bearing limits, and electrical power requirements must be compatible with the wheel’s power system. Our engineers will conduct load calculations and feasibility assessments during the design phase to maximize the fulfillment of your functional requirements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
