Every load-bearing component is treated with multi-layer industrial coatings to withstand UV exposure and varying climatic conditions, maintaining peak performance year-round.
The 30 suspended seats are crafted from high-impact FRP and finished with automotive-grade baking paint to prevent fading. To ensure safety across such a large-scale operation, each seat is equipped with a double-locking mechanical harness and suspended by reinforced stainless steel chains. A standardized PLC electrical system monitors the entire ride cycle, providing automated control over the acceleration, wave intensity, and smooth braking deceleration, which minimizes mechanical wear while maximizing passenger safety.
