Description
The engineering architecture of this massive attraction involves constructing a heavily reinforced, continuous concrete or thick FRP channel, meticulously designed with varied widths and submerged obstacles to artificially generate aggressive hydro-dynamics. The lifeblood of the system consists of a massive subterranean pump station housing multiple heavy-duty, high-volume centrifugal water pumps capable of circulating thousands of gallons per minute to sustain the violent rapids. The massive circular passenger rafts are constructed using military-grade, multi-chambered pneumatic rubber collars bolted to a rigid, high-impact fiberglass hull, ensuring extreme buoyancy and unmatched durability against continuous concrete wall impacts.
Passenger security during the violent spinning and splashing is heavily prioritized. The circular rafts feature deeply recessed, inward-facing FRP bucket seats, forcing passengers’ center of gravity downward. A heavy-duty, centralized circular grab ring allows all riders to physically brace themselves simultaneously against sudden lateral G-forces and impacts. The ride’s highly efficient loading and unloading process is managed by an industrial-grade, continuously rotating wooden or FRP turntable platform perfectly synchronized with the water current, allowing for extremely rapid, safe, and high-volume dispatching without ever halting the water flow.
