Engineered for decades of continuous commercial operation, the mechanical foundation of our Teacup Ride relies on a heavy-duty, galvanized steel chassis driven by a precision slewing bearing and variable-frequency drive (VFD) motors. This ensures flawlessly smooth primary rotation of the main platform, while secondary planetary gears dictate the counter-rotation of the individual cup clusters.
Safety and durability are at the core of our manufacturing process. Each spacious passenger gondola comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults or 6 children. The gondolas are constructed from premium, 5mm-thick high-density Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), finished with fade-resistant, automotive-grade polyurethane paint. The frictionless manual steering column is ergonomically designed, featuring pinch-free mechanics to ensure absolute safety for younger riders.
