Production of Bangladesh Customer Order Progresses Smoothly Ensuring High Quality and On-Time Delivery

We are pleased to provide an update on the production progress of the amusement rides ordered by our customer in Bangladesh. The order is now in full production with all equipment being manufactured according to schedule. This project includes classic rides such as Chair-O-Planes and Carousel destined for a new family entertainment park. We are prioritizing this order and have allocated optimal resources to ensure every ride meets international safety standards and customized requirements.

 

In the workshop the Chair-O-Planes' steel frame has completed welding and anti-rust treatment and is now being assembled with rotating arms and hanging seats. The Carousel's central column rotating platform and decorative parts are undergoing fine polishing and hand-painting with animal figures customized to the client's requested style ensuring artistic quality and child-friendly appeal. Our 50000+ sqm modern facility features CNC cutting automatic welding and electrostatic spraying enabling full in-house production from raw materials to finished products ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

 

All rides undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment including structural strength testing operational stability verification and safety system validation. Our project team monitors production closely and provides regular photo updates to the client ensuring full transparency. Current progress is on track with full production and packaging expected to be completed within the agreed timeline.
