The Meteor Hammer is a mid-sized elevated rotating ride based on the operating principle of the giant swing. It features a symmetrical 4-arm structure, with each arm connected to a swinging cabin group. The ride accommodates 16 passengers (4 seats per arm). By combining high-speed rotation with wide swinging motion, it delivers intense sensations of weightlessness and centrifugal force, making it one of the most visually striking and popular attractions in theme parks, large amusement zones, and seasonal events.
Once started, the central tower rotates at high speed, driving the four suspended arms in orbital motion. Under centrifugal force, the cabins gradually lift outward, reaching a swing angle of over 70 degrees, with the highest point approximately 18 meters above ground. During continuous rotation, riders experience repeated ascending, diving, and tilting motions, delivering near-thrill-limit dynamics suitable for teenagers and adult guests
Each cabin features a streamlined design with an aerospace-grade aluminum frame and fiberglass shell, offering lightweight durability. Seats are individually molded with non-slip surfaces, equipped with 5-point safety harnesses, adjustable safety lap bars, and anti-collision cushioning strips to ensure rider stability and safety during high-intensity motion.
The drive system uses a high-performance frequency-controlled motor and gear transmission, ensuring smooth acceleration and deceleration. It supports multi-stage speed adjustment and preset operating programs (e.g., standard mode, challenge mode, night light show mode). The entire ride is managed by a PLC intelligent control system for fully automated operation and real-time monitoring.
The main structure is built from high-strength welded steel, optimized through finite element analysis and dynamic load testing to ensure long-term stability under high-frequency swinging and windy conditions. All rotating joints are equipped with automatic lubrication systems to reduce wear and extend service life.
LED lighting systems are integrated into the top structure and cabin edges, supporting multiple colors and dynamic light effects. During night operation, the ride creates stunning light trails, significantly enhancing visual appeal and ambiance.
