The Reality of Building a Mega-Park
In 2023, a Venezuelan developer bought a 12,000 sqm plot for a new regional park. They had the budget. They also had a complex procurement list of 12 different attractions.
Buying equipment is easy. Making it work together is hard. Projects of this scale usually fail for two reasons:
- Supplier Chaos: Buying 12 distinct rides from multiple different factories causes shipping delays, quality mismatches, and massive communication headaches.
- Bad Layouts: Dropping dozens of rides randomly onto a 12,000 sqm lot creates dead zones and ruins crowd flow.
The developer didn’t just need machines. They needed a single turnkey manufacturer who could also plan the park. They chose LIMEIQI.
One Contract. One Synchronized Shipment
We killed the supply chain headache. LIMEIQI handled the entire 12-ride equipment list in-house.
Instead of juggling multiple vendors, the client got one contract and one strict quality standard. Operating a 50m Ferris wheel and a 30m drop tower requires absolute engineering certainty. By controlling the manufacturing of these heavy steel structures under our own roof, we eliminate the deadly safety risks of using mixed suppliers. This rigorous control is how we maintain LIMEIQI’s 40-year zero safety accident record.
After finishing the heavy towers and family rides, we consolidated everything at our factory and shipped the entire park in 15 synchronized 40HQ containers. No missing parts. No delayed ships.

How We Zoned the Park to Make Money
A theme park is a retail space. Where you place a ride dictates how much money it makes. Here is how LIMEIQI designed the layout for maximum ROI:
- Put the Giants in the Back: We placed the 50m LED Ferris Wheel (36 enclosed cabins, 144 pax capacity) and the 30m Drop Tower (equipped with permanent magnetic braking) at the very back of the park. Why? They are giant billboards. They force visitors to walk past every other ride to reach them.
- Keep Families in the Center: We put the 32-Seat Self-Control Plane (interactive pneumatic lifting) and the 24-Seat Tagada in the middle plaza. High-capacity rides have the longest wait times. This keeps large crowds trapped in the center, directly boosting nearby food and drink sales.
- Catch the Loose Change at the Exit: We placed the inflatable castles and dart booths near the exits. After riding the big machines, visitors have leftover change. High-margin carnival games grab that cash right before they leave.

Project Summary & Next Steps
LIMEIQI successfully transformed a raw 12,000 sqm plot in Venezuela into a highly profitable, 12-ride regional landmark. By combining 40 years of heavy-duty manufacturing expertise with smart spatial planning, we eliminated cross-border supply chain risks for the developer and delivered a turnkey, self-sustaining night economy engine.
Every successful park starts with a profitable layout, not just a price list.
